What We Built

Printing & Manufacturing ERP

A production-grade business application built for a printing and manufacturing client, managing the full flow from customer orders and material inventory through purchasing and production to dispatch. One order drives material reservation, purchasing when stock is short, and stage-by-stage production logging until the job is complete — whether that is a print run, a fabrication job, or a mixed production workflow.

How It Works

The end-to-end pipeline

01
Order

Customer orders created by job; system calculates material needs and reserves stock automatically.

02
Stock

Real-time visibility of total, reserved, and free stock. Incoming and outgoing materials logged with full history.

03
Purchasing

Purchase orders raised when stock falls short. Received in full or in parts — stock levels update automatically.

04
Production

Orders move through configurable stages. Quantities, waste, and material usage logged per stage.

05
Dispatch

Job completion tracked end-to-end. Reserved stock consumed on production log; order closed on dispatch.

Modules

Everything in one place

Orders

Create orders by customer and job. Material needs are calculated automatically and stock reserved on confirmation.

Stock

See total, reserved, and free stock at a glance. Record all incoming and outgoing materials with full audit history.

Purchase Orders

Raise POs when stock is low. Receive deliveries in full or in parts — stock levels update on each receipt.

Production

Move orders through configurable production stages. Log quantities and waste; reserved stock is consumed automatically.

Equipment & Assets

Track tools and equipment per customer and job — including IDs, location, and which orders and rates use each asset.

Companies & Users

Manage customers and staff with role-based access control, ensuring each user sees only what they need.

The Interface

Designed for the people who use it daily

A clean, role-focused interface that puts the right information in front of the right person — without clutter or complexity.
